House Hunting

Eleonor and I have been house hunting. Finding a house is tougher than I would have thought. First El and I found a beautiful condo. Just want we wanted. Turns out it was a "short sale". Not knowing too much about short sales I said "sure, let's give it a shot". Five months later, that's right 5, the deal fell through.

Then we found a nice little single family house. Everything was great. It had a garage, and a big yard. We made an offer. Then we had a home inspection done. Well, the home inspector found that the house had some evidence of mold, that the foundation was cracked, and that the house would need a lot of work. So El and I pulled out.

Now we are going to look at a few other houses in the next few days. Hopefully one of them turns out to be our dream house!!!!!!!
